Investment Department

The roles of the investment department are: sourcing of new business, identification and mitigation of risks and coordination of the entire implementation of the projects.

Management and Development Department

Management and development department is in charge of

  1. the market surveys,
  2. property value studies,
  3. case studies,
  4. feasibility studies to assess the real cost of the venture

Workshop Management Team

The workshop management team drafts:

  1. Business plans with accuracy focusing in the concrete target and necessities.
  2. Aim to show our ¡°partners¡± the different possibilities of investment in a country such as China, where the geographic and cultural background of each area offers a range of different possibilities.

Engineering and Infrastructure Team

The engineering and infrastructure team is responsible:

  1. Architectural Design.
    • a) preliminary studies,
    • b) concept design and carries out all design development phases.
    • c) to build different facilities as for example housing,
    • d) commercial / office / retail, mixed-use,
    • e) retail conversions,
    • f) entertainment venues,
    • g) sports facilities,
    • h) exhibition and trade fair booths,
    • i) corporate office interior design, facade upgrade (retrofitting) ,
    • j) industrial plants, site planning, city planning, urban infill strategies,
    • k) landscape (hardscape and softscape),
    • l) environmental mitigation and ecological studies.
    • m) plant layout and utilities requirements,
    • n) site design,
    • o) auxiliary systems and reception/dispatch (logistics),
    • p) design and implementation of storage facilities,
    • q) procurement/quality control of machinery and complements
